Our Architects can gain valuable career experience both in design and technical knowledge which is invaluable to themselves the practice and our Clients.

TACP has a long and successful history in the conservation and preservation of our Architectural Buildings and Ancient Monuments. Our deep-rooted appreciation and understanding of conservation techniques has been a consistent feature of the practice over many years. TACP have been entrusted with valuable conservation projects for Clients such as The National Trust, CADW and English Heritage.

TACP have provided in-house Interior Design Services for over 30 years with experience gained within all sectors of commercial design. Our Interior Designers work closely with Architects and Technicians to provide a holistic approach to the design solution we present. We believe that having Interior Design as an integral part of the Architectural solution will provide the client with a more successful project.

TACP have embraced sustainable design and have successfully delivered Building and Projects that have achieved the highest levels of sustainable achievement. We continually strive to improve our techniques and technical ability to ensure our buildings are both sustainable in design, construction and in use.

TACP have provided Health and Safety advice over many years. Our involvement has been from project instigation at the early-stage design through to detailed design and construction. We will assist the Client with identifying their compliance duties as well as working with the design team to define the project risks and ultimately with the contractor to ensure pre-construction information.

Our Building Surveyors are RICS Qualified and have experience of a range of buildings across all sectors of the practice. Our surveyors operate both independently for Clients who require specialist advice on building issues or as part of the overall design team within the practice. With specialist experience in conservation our Building Surveyors can provide the expertise and knowledge to undertake sensitive projects on some of our most prestigious buildings across the country.

At TACP we have made a commitment to embrace technology and as such we look to utilise the best and most advanced Software available to us. TACP has embraced agile working with the advances made in web-based video and information sharing platforms. Our philosophy has always been and will remain to be a Team based practice and as such we almost exclusively use Revit as a main modelling tool which allows us to share our Building Models with the wider design Team and utilise the benefits of BIM.

At TACP we look to assist our clients through the often-complex planning process with a view to ensuring compliance as well as looking to provide a positive planning outcome. At TACP we look to consider the planning requirements for projects at the early design stage and have experience drawing on a wide network of professionals to assist with the planning process. Our Team has extensive experience in dealing with Local Planning Authorities.

At TACP Architects, we understand that the more we can engage and involve the Client with the design process, the better the end result of the project. To do this, we utilise the best in 3D visualisation software, both of which work in tandem with Autodesk Revit, our 3D BIM modelling tool The software we use is Twinmotion, which produces stunning animated flythroughs and high quality architectural renders. And Enscape, which allows us to create fully immersive experiences for the Client, using the Meta Quest Virtual Reality headset. This allows our Clients to gain a full appreciation of the spaces we look to create.
