TACP were commissioned to undertake a feasibility study and produce proposals for a new warehouse and office development on the St Asaph Business Park in North Wales.
Funded by Welsh Government, the proposal seeks to offer increased storage capacity and offices for both Welsh Government and Qioptiq. The new building is adjacent to Qioptiq’s existing site and has a footprint of 2000m2.
Qioptiq designs and manufactures photonic products for commercial applications, which are used within sectors such as Healthcare, Industrial, Research and development alongside Defence and Aerospace operations. The project has been completed under a design build contract with TACP novated to the contractor team to complete detail design and construction.
