TACP Architects were appointed to develop designs to return this empty tenanted property into a high-quality holiday cottage within the National Trust Dunham Massey estate.
The new use needed to provide 6-bedroom accommodation across 3 floors ideal for a large gathering whilst maintaining the historic features of the property and ensuring regulations in terms of fire escape incorporated within the design.
The project ensures that the National Trust can provide a continued funding stream from this property and allow people to enjoy this wonderful farmhouse within the Cheshire Estate.
