TACP Architects were appointed for the construction of new housing development on behalf of Wales and West Housing Association and Conwy Council.
Social Housing is being provided within the development which consists of a mixture of 2 and 3 bed houses and 2 bed apartments.
A new access road has been formed off the main road into Abergele for the estate and is enhanced by both hard and soft landscaping. Site boundaries have also been improved with hedgerows and timber fencing across the site. Code for Sustainable homes Level 3 was achieved by all the residential units.
