TACP were approached by TATA Steel to utilize an existing disused steel frame building on their site at Deeside to house the new headquarters for the cladding and coatings division.
The brief was to provide a design that was innovative within the existing structure and would provide a base for the division to present themselves to well as quality office accommodation.
The central avenue space has been designed to maximize natural lighting and afford access to a Theatre space for both presentations and lecture purposes. The new facility has also included additional office accommodation and support facilities together for future provision for a Research and Development exhibition and display area.
