TACP operates extensively in Wales and the North West as well as delivering projects both Nationally and Internationally. We have a wide range of prestigious Clients and valued individual businesses within the industry that require the delivery of complex and challenging projects.
We are Quality Assured Practice accredited to ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015. We can assist Clients with projects that are required to be BIM compliant and are experienced in delivering projects that achieve Net Zero, BREEAM, LEED and Passivhaus.
Architecture is by definition a very collaborative process
01
The brief
We strive to understand the diverse nature of our Clients, how they operate in a complicated and changing environment. The pressures that they experience and the challenges that are created form the basis for us to work with our Clients to create solutions that are both appropriate and imaginative.
02
The collaboration
We listen carefully to ensure we fully understand and appreciate our Clients’ aspirations. Our inspiration is generated from our dialogue with our Clients which in turn is the fuel for our creativity.
03
The response
Creating beautiful solutions is the bedrock of what we aspire to achieve. This comes in vastly varying forms but is always a response to the requirements of our Clients. Our ethos is to develop interpretations that are both aesthetically beautiful and technically innovative that exceed the expectations of our Clients.
04
The delivery
Delivering projects for our Clients that ultimately answer the complex brief presented to us is evidence of success. Whether the solution large or small we strive to ensure Client satisfaction which is why our Clients return to us time after time.
We work in a variety of sectors
TACP has, over the years, been entrusted with prestigious, technically complex and challenging projects in both public and private sectors, including: Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Retail, Conservation, Industrial, Leisure, Recreation and Regeneration.
The nature of these projects covers an extensive range, from major conservation schemes of historic buildings, through masterplanning of industrial estates and business parks, to state-of-the-art high technology buildings.
In this latter category the range of building types includes major hospitals, large retail developments, office developments and research and development facilities, all of which incorporate the very latest construction and servicing techniques.
